How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and standard international shipping takes a further 10–20 business days, so plan on roughly 2–4 weeks from order to doorstep. Accessories that ship from stock usually arrive faster. Full detail is on our shipping page.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with a handful of exceptions where our carriers cannot deliver. If checkout will not accept your address, get in touch and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
How do I track my order?
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves the facility. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it is issued — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Which size should I order?
Start with the size guide, which lists garment measurements laid flat. Our tees and hoodies are cut relaxed with drop shoulders, so your usual size gives a loose fit and one size up gives a properly oversized one. Caps are one size with an adjustable strap.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Because items are made to order we ask that they come back unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Anything faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered is on us. See returns and refunds for how to start one.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Possibly. Orders shipping outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your local authorities. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them or mark parcels as gifts.
I entered the wrong size or address. Can I change it?
Message us as fast as you can. If the order has not entered production we can usually change it. Once it is in production or shipped we cannot.
How should I wash these?
Machine wash cold or at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and iron on low heat without going directly over the print. Caps are best hand washed to keep their shape.
Do you do team or bulk orders?
We do. If you want pieces for a team, a launch, or an event, tell us what you need — quantities, sizes, and timing — and we will come back with options.
