These terms govern your use of the Agent Supply website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy, shipping policy, and returns policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Using this site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
2. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe our products and show them accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colours, or other content are entirely error free. Screens render colour differently, and garment measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance of 1 to 2 cm. Product images may include mockups or lifestyle photography.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices exclude import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are covered in our shipping policy. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours and that you are authorised to use it.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our returns policy, which does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property
The Agent Supply name, site content, and original artwork are ours or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
8. Third-party links and services
Our site and our checkout rely on third-party services, and may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased through it.
